Mr. Chen Yaobang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference visited Denmark from 4th to 8th December 2005

Mr. Chen Yaobang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Mr. Wang Zhibao, Deputy Chief, Office of the West Regional Development Leading Group of the State Council visited Denmark. They had talks with Mr. Hans Chr. Schmidt, Minister of the Danish Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fishery, Mr. Peter Gæmelke, Chairman of the Danish Agricultural Council and Mr. Bent Juul Sørense, Chairman of the Federation of Danish Cooperatives. They were briefed with the development and experience of the Danish cooperatives and government role in the agriculture development and they visited a Danish company--Freeze Dry A/S.
