International China Harbin Fair for Trade and Economic Cooperation (Harbin Fair) is a large-scale international expo in China authorized by China government and 17 events have been held successfully consecutively. More than 1.3 million exhibitors and visitors attended the fair and over US$90 billion worth of business concluded. The fair enjoys a high appreciation and is well-known in China and the world. It has grown up to be a significant trade fair and an important platform for business investment and technological cooperation in Northeast Asia and the world for its rich connotation and it’s unique geographic characteristics.
The 18th International China Harbin Fair for Trade and Economic Cooperation is to be held from June 15th to 19th 2007 in Harbin, capital of Heilongjiang province with keynote of enhancing economic, business and technology cooperation level, important juncture of rejuvenating Northeast China old industrial base. BOOTH COST
1. Indoor international standard 9㎡（3m×3m）booths are available at US$1,500 each during the exhibition. Each indoor booth is facilitated with 3 pieces of exhibiting boards, a desk, 3 chairs, a piece of carpet, 2 spotlights, a power socket of 220v/3A, a lintel board with Chinese/English name of the exhibitor.
2. Indoor exhibition bare land is available at US$155/㎡ with a minimum requirement of 36㎡during the exhibition and increase by 18㎡, with no exhibition devices.
3. Machinery and Electric products Pavilion (international standard exhibition tent):Each 9㎡booth costs US$1000 during the exhibition. Each booth is facilitated with 3 pieces of exhibiting boards, a desk, 3 chairs, a lintel board with Chinese/English name of the exhibitor.
4. Outdoor exhibition area is available at US$20/㎡during the exhibition, the minimum area to lease is 30㎡(Heavy duty machinery, agriculture and forestry machinery, heavy vehicles, etc.).
PAYMENT
We’ll confirm booth number reserved for you after you fill out the Registration Form and send it to us. You are kindly requested to remit the rent for booth and instrument to be used in the exhibition prior to May 31 to:

INVITATION and VISA
1. You may obtain letter of invitation and visa notice from Harbin Fair or through your Chinese partners.
2. Foreign participants and visitors may go to Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country for entry visa with the letter of invitation or the visa notice from Harbin Fair (you are kindly requested to provide with your information like name, gender, title, nationality and passport number).
3. Also, you can entrust China Travel Agency to apply for visa for you.

CARDS
Exhibitors and staff charging of booth decoration and clearance shall get a chest card from Card Center with a photo of 37mm×37mm and booth confirmation.
Visitors shall get a chest card from Card Center with passport, name card, a photo of 37mm×37mm and the registration form (for visitors).
Pre-exhibition Work
1. Timetable: 8:00 to 19:00 of June7-13, 2007 for self-decoration booths, 8:00 to 19:00 of June 10-13,2007 for standard booths, if you work overtime, please go to the Service Center for permission, the hall will close for safety inspection on 15:00 of June 14, 2007.
2. In case you have specific need for decoration of your booth or you feel the need to dismantle the isolation board between booths, please submit to us in advance your plane drawing, cubic drawing or dismantle drawing of the booth and including electricity consumption to China Harbin Fair for approval before you start to work. Inflammable material and power lead must be fire-proof treated.
3. For self-decoration booths, all the construction work shall be done outside the exhibition hall and may assemble in the hall. The height of your booths may not exceed more than 6 meters in height.
4. Should any change be made after the completion of the booth, an extra fee of US$ 10 per board will be charged as renovation cost.
5. The lintel board is to be made and mounted by the fair. The exhibitors may replace or dismantle lintel boards after written application is submitted to the fair and the cost is paid.
6. During pre-exhibition work, your staff is not allowed to occupy pedestrian path or block anti-fire equipment. Public space is not allowed to use without permission.
7. Please contact us as early as possible if you need extra exhibition appliances.
OPENING AND CLSOING TIME FOR THE HALL
Exhibition hall open to the public from June 15 to 19, 2007 with working hours between 8:30-16:30, the hall doesn’t close at noon, weekend or holidays.
EXHIBITION CLEARANCE
1. Time: 15:00 of June 19 –18:00 June 20, 2007
2. No clearance before the time stated is allowed.
3. Clearance overtime on June 19th is allowed.
SERVICES
1. If you need us to help arrange hotel, plane or train ticket, vehicle, sightseeing and exploitation, please let us know as soon as possible
2. If you plan to do advertisement in the exhibition hall, participants catalogue or mass media, please contact us before May 15, 2007.
3. Service Center offers you the following services: customs, inspection and quarantine, medical treatment, post, telecom, tickets, business center, exhibition appliances lease etc.
4. Your material and business information will be advertised on our website free of charge, materials about participants will be printed free of charge.
